About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated & disciplined Strategic Partnerships Manager to help MPX with identifying, developing, and managing relationships with external partners and third-party distributors to expand MPX’s market reach and drive revenue growth. This role will play a key part in building and scaling a partner ecosystem that generates pipeline and revenue. The ideal candidate is both relationship-driven and commercially focused, with the ability to translate partnerships into measurable business outcomes and long-term value for the organization
What You’ll Do:

Build and manage relationships with external partners and third-party distributors to drive mutual success

Develop and execute partnership and channel strategies that generate pipeline and revenue growth

Identify, establish, and onboard new partners aligned with MPX’s target markets and strategic priorities

Cultivate and maintain relationships with senior leaders within partner organizations

Create and expand referral networks to increase partner-driven sales opportunities

Negotiate and structure partnership agreements that align with MPX’s strategic goals and deliver mutual value

Collaborate with Business Development, Client Services, Technology, and Leadership to align partner activity with overall go-to-market efforts

Monitor partner performance and ensure quality and consistency of partner-driven opportunities

Support partner enablement efforts to effectively position MPX’s capabilities and solutions
Requirements:
Who You Are:

5–8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales roles

Proven ability to build and manage external relationships that drive measurable revenue outcomes

Experience developing and executing partnership or channel strategies

Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders

Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively across teams

Experience in B2B, services, or technology-enabled environments preferred

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

We are required to notify employees and applicants that MPX and SFX America utilize video monitoring equipment in our Portland, ME and LaVergne, TN locations. Cameras are located throughout the buildings and are designed to capture movement between locked areas that require badge access, both ingress and egress from the building and internally between MPX and SFX in order to capture who is coming and going from the building including personnel and/or visitors. In addition, cameras are pointed at areas where physical media is being handled. Access is restricted to authorized personnel based on their role, and MPX maintains documented physical security controls within its IT Policy that govern facility access, visitor management, and video surveillance.
