Mercedes Benz of Washington, PA is now hiring a General Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
· Leads the sales team, setting ambitious sales targets and developing strategies to achieve them. This includes monitoring performance metrics and providing coaching and support to sales staff.
· Manage the dealership’s vehicle inventory, ensuring that the right mix of new and used cars is available. Analyzing market trends and customer preferences to make informed decisions about inventory levels.
· Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction. Address customer complaints and ensures that the sales process is smooth and efficient, collaborating with finance and service departments to enhance the customer experience.
· Involved in hiring, training, and developing the sales team. Conduct regular training sessions to ensure that the team is knowledgeable about products and sales techniques.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· 5 years of experience in automotive sales and management is required.
· Proven Leadership and team management skills essential in motivating a sales team and driving performance.
· The ability to analyze sales data and market trends is crucial for making informed decisions regarding inventory and sales strategies.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills necessary for interacting with customers and collaborating with other departments.
