Job Overview
As a Full-Time Retail Associate, you will be the friendly face of our store, engaging with customers and ensuring they have a positive shopping experience. You will handle sales transactions, assist customers with product information, and maintain the store’s appearance. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help drive sales and foster customer loyalty.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping journey
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits of merchandise
- Assist with stocking shelves, organizing displays, and merchandising to create an inviting store environment
- Handle cash register operations, including cash handling, cashiering, and managing cash drawers with precision
- Upsell products by recommending additional items that meet customer needs
- Maintain knowledge of store products and promotions to answer customer inquiries confidently
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer calls professionally
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and inventory counts
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
