Part-Time Piano Teacher / Managing Teacher Potential (Group & Private Lessons)

We’re growing and looking for enthusiastic piano teachers to join our creative, encouraging team! If you love music, enjoy working with kids, and want to teach in a joyful, community-focused environment—this is the perfect fit.
Training begins mid-August for September start.
Leadership Opportunity: For candidates with exceptional experience, a strong pedagogical background, and/or studio management skills, this role has the potential to expand into a Managing Teacher position with increased responsibility and compensation.
The Schedule
We are looking for a teacher to cover a consistent, predictable set of core hours:
- Mondays: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Wednesdays: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Fridays: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Saturdays: (optional addition) 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- Paid training and mentorship provided before taking over classes.
What You’ll Do
- Teach: Lead beginner group piano classes (mostly ages 8–12) using a structured, engaging, and tech-supported curriculum. Guide and coach intermediate to advanced piano students.
- Connect: Build meaningful relationships with students and support their musical growth.
- Grow: Attend paid training, team meetings, and professional development sessions.
- Lead (Optional): Qualified candidates taking on the Managing Teacher track will also assist with curriculum oversight, teacher mentorship, and studio operations.

You Might Be a Great Fit If You…
- Have experience teaching piano, a degree in music/music education, or equivalent advanced performance experience. BS/BM, MM/MS, DM in piano preferred.
- Can comfortably teach advanced students as well as beginners.
- (For Managing Role) Have 2+ years of instructional experience, leadership background, or studio management skills.
- Genuine love for working with children and helping them succeed.
- Are organized, highly dependable, and upbeat.
- Can commit to a consistent teaching schedule for at least one school year.
