Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. The Bartender will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing bar operations, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper storage of supplies.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through POS and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist with ordering when necessary.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff during events such as banquets or catering services to ensure seamless service.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers during peak hours.
Requirements
- Must be willing to work 5 shifts a week.
- Previous bartending experience in a fine dining setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques within the food industry.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in catering or banquet service is advantageous but not required.
- Must possess effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
