Position Overview:
The Associate Attorney will manage an active litigation docket, handle depositions and discovery, work closely with clients, and take cases to trial. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced setting and wants to grow within a hands-on trial practice.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- 6+ years of litigation experience (plaintiff or defense)
- Law Review or Journal experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated trial or significant courtroom experience
- Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
- Proven ability to work independently and drive cases forward
Compensation and Benefits:
- $95,000 base salary + performance-based bonus
