Duties
- Prepare ingredients and assist with food prep to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Cook and assemble dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety standards
- Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, portioning, and presentation
- Support catering events by preparing large quantities of menu items efficiently
- Assist with menu planning by providing input on ingredient availability and dish execution
- Serve meals promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
Experience
- Previous experience in a dietary department or dietary aide role is preferred but not required
- Hands-on experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings is highly valued
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations is essential
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment, knife skills, and meal preparation techniques is advantageous

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
