FÜM – A contemporary Italian restaurant where open-fire cooking meets handmade pasta, seasonal ingredients, and a curated selection of natural wines. Rooted in farm-to-table philosophy, FÜM is a celebration of Italian tradition reimagined through a modern lens.
The Role: We’re seeking warm, welcoming, and detail-oriented Greeters and Hosts/Hostesses who thrive in fast-paced environments and love creating exceptional first impressions. As the face of our restaurants, you’ll set the tone for every guest’s experience—whether it’s a lively dinner at FÜM or a refined evening at Rabbit Ears. If you’re passionate about hospitality, love connecting with people, and enjoy being part of a team that values excellence and creativity, we’d love to meet you.
You Are:
- Experienced in upscale or high-volume hospitality environments
- Proficient with reservation platforms such as OpenTable, and skilled in managing guest flow and seating logistics
- Passionate about hospitality and creating exceptional first impressions
- Dedicated to learning and sharing our menu, ethos, and culinary philosophy
- Comfortable working in a pooled house environment with competitive hourly base pay
- A natural host with a warm, engaging, and professional presence
- Excited to contribute to a team that values sustainability, creativity, and community
