The Bypass 168 is looking for a reliable daytime server to join our team.
We are a growing neighborhood bar & grill in Chesapeake focused on great food, good vibes, and consistent service.
This position is ideal for someone who wants steady weekday shifts and a positive team environment.
Shifts:
- Monday–Friday (daytime / lunch shifts)
- Hours typically between 10:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve guests
- Take orders and run food
- Maintain clean and organized sections
- Work with the kitchen and bar team to keep service smooth
What we’re looking for:
- Friendly and dependable
- Able to move quickly during lunch rush
- Team-oriented mindset
- Experience preferred but not required
