Physical Therapist
TruStrength Performance and Rehab | Denver, CO | Full-Time | In Person
Pay: $75,000 - $100,000 per year
You did not choose physical therapy to feel rushed, drained, or like your best care is getting squeezed into a schedule that never stops. You chose this path because you wanted to think deeply, treat with intention, and watch real progress happen because of what you did in the room.
At TruStrength Performance and Rehab, you are not walking into a churn-and-burn clinic. You are stepping into a performance-based, out-of-network practice inside active fitness facilities—built to help you become a stronger clinician faster while still having a life outside of work.
If you are a new grad, this first role matters even more. It will shape your confidence, your clinical habits, and your standards for years. If you are an experienced clinician ready for something better, this is where physical therapy starts to feel right again.
About TruStrength
Founded in 2017, TruStrength is a growing physical therapy and performance company that bridges the gap between medicine and fitness. We are out-of-network by design—no insurance constraints, no double bookings, no rushed sessions. We collaborate with local gyms, coaches, and wellness providers to deliver results-driven care to active adults, lifters, and athletes who want to move better, lift stronger, and live pain-free.

Mentorship and Growth Built Into the Role
You will work closely with Zach, our owner and lead Physical Therapist, in a mentorship model intentionally built into your schedule. Weekly mentorship sessions and case reviews are standard—not optional.
If you are a new graduate:
- Hands-on guidance so you build skill, not stress
