Key Responsibilities
- Monitor property, common areas, and access points
- Enforce community rules and regulations
- Observe and report suspicious activity or incidents
- Provide a visible security presence to deter violations
- Write clear and accurate incident reports
- Deliver professional customer service to residents and guests
Schedule Requirements
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable attendance is critical
Minimum Requirements
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliable transportation and working cell phone
- Clean criminal background and ability to pass a drug screening
- Florida Class D Security License (required or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and observation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior security experience (HOA, resort, or gated community experience is a plus)
- Retired law enforcement or military encouraged to apply
