Assistant Manager – New Jimmy John’s Opening (Arlington/Viridian Area)
We’re opening a brand-new Jimmy John's location in Arlington (Viridian area) and are hiring a full-time Assistant Manager to train with our leadership team and help launch the store from the ground up.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow into a future Store Manager role with a growing franchise team.
Pay & Benefits
- $13/hour during training
- $17/hour after training completion
- Additional 3% profit share opportunity

Training
- Training begins August 5 and ends August 28.
- Combination of virtual and in-person training
- Training may take place locally in DFW or require temporary travel (location TBD)
Responsibilities
- Learn all aspects of daily store operations
- Support day-to-day leadership of the team
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, and food safety standards
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Help maintain Jimmy John’s operational standards
Qualifications
- Reliable, hardworking, and coachable
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Interest in leadership growth opportunities
- Availability to work weekends and some holidays
- Restaurant or retail experience preferred, but not required

Pay: $17.00 per hour
