WHO YOU ARE:
You are a proactive, efficient communicator (both written and verbal) who enjoys creating and cultivating business relationships with customers. You have a strong sense of service and pride yourself on delivering value-added service. You thrive on digging in to the detail and exercise good judgment on applying policies and procedures.
You will join SPIROL with 2-5 years of customer service experience in a technical setting. You enjoy learning and have a high commitment to excellence.
WHAT YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE AT SPIROL:
In our Customer Service Representative role, you are responsible for handling all order fulfillment related functions for the organization. You are the in-house representative for the customer, and you are responsible for working both with the customer and various SPIROL team members to ensure all customer needs are met in a timely manner. You utilize your strong innovation skills to exhaust all options available in the pursuit of the customer being delighted with SPIROL’s service and support, while simultaneously ensuring SPIROL’s best interests.
WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:
- You will actively manage customer demand.
- You will solicit customer orders when the customer’s firm orders drop below a reasonable window, and you review order pattern trends to identify changes.
- You provide timely and accurate responses to customer orders and inquiries and you develop strong one-on-one business relationships with customers.
- You will proactively communicate and resolve issues that arise with customers.
