Start Time: 10:00 AM until finish
Average work week: Less than 30 hours
Team average earnings: Approximately $500 per week
Average hourly earnings: Approximately $25 per hour

Overview
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be an essential part of our warehouse operations, ensuring smooth distribution, accurate order fulfillment, and efficient inventory management. This position offers a fast-paced environment where your skills will directly impact customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Duties
- Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to move and organize inventory safely and efficiently
- Manage shipping and receiving processes, including loading and unloading trucks with precision
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 to track inventory levels and update records accurately
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using order picker equipment and picking & packing techniques
- Stock shelves and organize warehouse space to optimize storage capacity and accessibility
- Conduct cycle counts, stock replenishments, and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels
- Assist with packaging products for shipment, ensuring quality standards are met throughout the process
Skills
- Proven experience in warehouse distribution or related environments with a focus on order fulfillment and stock management
- Certification or experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and MRPs (Material Requirements Planning systems)
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, AS400, and basic math skills for inventory calculations
- Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing, and load & unload operations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking, order fulfillment, and inventory accuracy
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members across various warehouse functions
