The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing operations at a designated site or group of sites within a specific market. This role focuses on delivering operational excellence by leading teams, managing day-to-day activities, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. As a client-facing leader, the Project Manager aligns operational programs with organizational standards to consistently deliver high-quality service outcomes.
Pay: $73,000 per Year
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.

Oversee and maintain operational standards, performance metrics, and program execution across all assigned client fulfillment centers.
Foster a customer-centric culture by implementing strategies that enhance communication, service quality, and client satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with all processes, procedures, and documentation requirements.
Build and maintain effective working relationships through clear, respectful, and professional communication.
Provide accurate and timely updates to clients, employees, and leadership.
Identify operational challenges and implement effective, data-driven solutions.
Utilize analytics and sound judgment to guide decision-making.
Recruit, develop, and mentor shift leads and management personnel.
Promote a positive work environment and establish a strong culture of safety.
Set clear expectations, ensure accountability, and support employee development through coaching and feedback.
Take ownership of operational programs and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
Perform additional duties and support special projects as assigned.
2+ years of experience in distribution and/or fulfillment center operations (required).
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Capability to perform physical tasks at client locations, including prolonged walking, lifting up to 40 lbs, operating pallet jacks, and assisting with cleaning activities as required.
