- Assist with office management activities like filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Provide exceptional customer service by supporting clients and visitors both in person and via phone or email.
- Support calendar management and scheduling for appointments, meetings, and events using various digital tools.
- Handle clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and maintaining detailed records.
- Support bookkeeping activities including basic invoice processing and record keeping for financial transactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an office environment with strong clerical skills and familiarity with administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry software.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication skills with a professional demeanor; bilingual ability is a plus.
- Experience with office management duties such as filing systems, calendar coordination, and supply ordering.
- Technical proficiency in using multi-line phone systems, customer support platforms, and basic bookkeeping tools like QuickBooks.
- Prior experience as a receptionist or personal assistant is highly desirable; knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties is a bonus.
