Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver outstanding guest service, facilitate smooth food and beverage operations, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help uphold our reputation for excellence in premium Asian cuisine.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Chowbus
- Serve food, beverages, and cocktails efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
- Upsell menu items including Sake, Soju, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and sales
- Process cash and credit transactions accurately, including handling cash handling and sales transactions processing
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations
- Assist with bussing tables, resetting stations, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred, especially in fine dining or high-energy environments
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
- Familiarity with spirits experience, cocktail preparation, and beverage service is a plus
- Ability to handle food handling procedures safely and adhere to sanitation standards
- Experience in hospitality roles such as host/hostess or bussing is beneficial
- Must be 18 years or older with the ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads
