Job Overview
We are seeking part-time and full-time dedicated bi-lingual (Spanish/English) and enthusiastic Food Service Workers to join our team in the Ontario Mills Mall! In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving food in a fast-paced environment within a food kiosk. Your experience in the food industry, particularly in food handling, will be invaluable as you engage with customers and ensure their dining experience is enjoyable.
Sales experience is a plus!
Duties
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kiosk area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Assist with food handling and preparation for events, including catering services.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation during peak hours.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Drive revenue growth by actively engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and closing sales to meet daily targets, contributing directly to the overall success and profitability of the business.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Experience in serving or catering is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
