About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with Aspire Senior Living Joplin, you will play a vital role in the care and well-being of our residents.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Providing direct resident care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Assisting with daily living tasks, such as feeding, transferring, and ambulating
Maintaining a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols
Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Demonstrating a commitment to resident-centered care and promoting independence, dignity, and respect
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality resident care, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment
Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and activities
Collaborate with other care providers to ensure seamless transitions and continuous improvement
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Requirements:
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Missouri
High school diploma or equivalent required
One year of experience in a long-term care setting preferred
Must be willing to work flexible hours, including day and night shifts
