Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders using RF scanners, order pickers, and pallet jacks to ensure accurate and timely shipment processing
- Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment safely to load and unload goods, stock shelves, and organize inventory
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems like AS400, and inventory management software to track stock levels, update records, and maintain data accuracy
- Manage shipping & receiving processes by verifying shipments against shipping documents, preparing packages for dispatch, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations
- Maintain organized storage areas through stocking, inventory management, and regular cycle counts to prevent stock discrepancies
- Assist with order fulfillment activities including order picking & packing for e-commerce platforms and other distribution channels
- Support warehouse operations by adhering to safety protocols, performing routine inspections, and participating in continuous process improvements
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers with familiarity in inventory management software and ERP systems such as AS400 or MRP systems
- Ability to operate forklifts (including reach trucks), pallet jacks, and RF scanners safely; certification preferred
- Strong understanding of shipping logistics, trade compliance, international trade regulations, and order fulfillment procedures
- Basic math skills for counting inventory, measuring packages, and verifying quantities accurately
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for data entry and reporting purposes
- Excellent customer service skills to support internal teams and external partners effectively
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

Pay: $18.50 - $21.00 per hour
