Leelah Bee’s Cleaning Service is hiring a dependable, detail-driven Night Janitorial Technician to support our clinic locations in Seattle’s Central District.
This is not a basic cleaning job. We are looking for someone who understands professional janitorial standards, respects healthcare environments, and can work independently after hours with consistency, discipline, and pride.

Job Title: Night Janitorial Technician
Location: Seattle, WA — Central District
Schedule: 5:00 PM – 12:30 AM
Employment Type: Part-time
Starting Pay: $23.00 per hour
Pay Review: 90-day performance and pay review
Benefits: Paid time off
What You’ll Do
As a Night Janitorial Technician, you will help maintain clean, safe, and professional clinic environments for patients, staff, and visitors. Duties may include:
- Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, sinks, counters, fixtures, mirrors, dispensers, and floors
- Emptying trash and recycling, replacing liners, and keeping disposal areas orderly
- Cleaning common areas, entrances, elevators, hallways, stairways, breakrooms, reception areas, offices, copy rooms, and exam rooms
- Vacuuming carpets, mats, and high-traffic areas
- Sweeping, dust mopping, damp mopping, and disinfecting hard floors
- Cleaning and sanitizing high-touch points such as door handles, push plates, light switches, counters, faucets, railings, and chair arms
- Restocking supplies as directed
- Reporting maintenance concerns, supply shortages, safety issues, or areas needing special attention
- Following site access, lock-up, alarm, and security procedures
- Completing assigned cleaning checklists and reporting requirements
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- 3+ years of janitorial or commercial cleaning experience
- Experience cleaning professional, medical, clinic, dental, or high-standard commercial environments
- Ability to work the full evening shift: 5:00 PM – 12:30 AM
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently after hours
- Reliable transportation to Seattle Central District locations
- Ability to follow written cleaning checklists and site instructions
- Professional attitude and strong communication
- Respect for confidentiality and sensitive environments
- Ability to pass required screening and onboarding requirements
Preferred:
- Healthcare, clinic, dental, or outpatient facility cleaning experience
- Knowledge of infection-control cleaning practices
- Experience with disinfectants, dwell times, PPE, and cross-contamination prevention
- Experience using a mobile app for clock-ins, checklists, photos, or job reporting
