Night Lighting Technician
Moonlight Lighting is hiring a Night Lighting Technician to help with event and wedding lighting installations. This role is best for someone who is comfortable working evenings, late nights, or very early mornings depending on event setup and takedown schedules.
We are looking for someone dependable, hardworking, and comfortable working on ladders. Experience with event lighting, wedding setups, Christmas lighting, or general install work is preferred.
Pay: $20 to $25 per hour, depending on experience
Responsibilities
Set up and take down event lighting, wedding lighting, draping support, and decor installs
Work evening, overnight, or early morning shifts depending on event schedules
Safely use ladders and other basic installation equipment
Help load, unload, organize, and transport lighting equipment
Follow direction from lead technicians and work well with a team
Maintain a clean, professional appearance on job sites and at venues
Assist with Christmas lighting installs during the holiday season as needed
Qualifications
Comfortable working evenings, late nights, and early mornings
Ladder experience is strongly preferred
Event lighting or Christmas lighting experience is preferred
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work at a steady pace
Must be comfortable lifting and carrying equipment
Able to work professionally in wedding venues and event spaces
Good attitude and willingness to learn
Schedule
Schedule varies depending on events and weddings. Most shifts will take place in the evening, overnight, or early morning. Weekend availability is important.
