Join Pilgrim Place, a welcoming senior living community in Claremont, CA, where respect, kindness, and teamwork guide all that we do. We’re looking for a dependable and compassionate Food Service Cook /Baker & Aide to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide personal care and support that helps residents maintain comfort, dignity, and independence.

What You’ll Do:

Prepare and serve high-quality meals, baked goods, and special diets while following recipes and production schedules.
Maintain food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards, including temperature monitoring and proper food handling.
Assist with inventory, ordering, receiving, and stocking food and supplies.
Support meal service, special events, and kitchen operations, including setup, cleanup, and equipment maintenance.
Collaborate with the culinary team to provide excellent service and support departmental and organizational goals.

What You Bring

Minimum one (1) year of hands-on experience in a professional kitchen, commercial food service operation, high-volume baking, or food production required. Applicants who do not meet this minimum qualification will not be considered.
Valid California driver's license with a good driving record.
Ability to read, write, follow instructions, and perform basic math.
Sound judgment with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Reliable attendance and the ability to complete assigned work shifts.
