Q-Time Soul Food Restaurant is seeking an experienced, results-driven Restaurant General Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our team.
Responsibilities
- Manage all daily restaurant operations
- Lead, train, and supervise front-of-house and kitchen staff
- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
- Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and health department compliance
- Manage scheduling, inventory, ordering, and labor costs
- Monitor sales and profitability
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue
- Meet and exceed established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Restaurant General Manager required
- Soul food restaurant management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with scheduling, inventory, budgeting, and staff management
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must have reliable transportation
- Applicants who live near the restaurant are preferred
