Senior Estimator
Danbury, CT | $90,000 to $120,000 per year
The Senior Estimator prepares detailed cost estimates for mechanical contracting projects, with a focus on industrial, HVAC, plumbing, and process piping systems. This role covers both Design-Build and Plan and Spec project delivery, from pre-bid scope review through post-award transition to field operations.
Compensation
$90,000 to $120,000 per year, based on experience.
This role participates in pre-bid meetings and scope reviews to fully understand project requirements, even when initial information is limited, and reviews and interprets all project bid documents, drawings, and specifications.
