Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the team during assigned shifts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, customer service, and POS (Point of Sale) system
- Conduct employee training & development to enhance team skills and product knowledge
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience
