Plume Café is hiring!
We’re looking for friendly, reliable, and genuinely hospitality-minded people to join our team in downtown Newburyport.
If you love good coffee, enjoy talking to people, work well in a busy environment, and actually care about creating a great experience for customers, we’d love to meet you.
What we’re looking for
- Previous barista or café experience is a plus, but not required for the right person
- A positive, friendly attitude and excellent customer service
- Reliable and punctual — seriously, this matters to us
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to multitask while staying calm and organized
- Someone who takes pride in their work and keeps their station clean
- Available for both morning and afternoon shifts
- Weekend availability is a must, but you do not need to be available every weekend
- Looking for someone interested in staying with us long-term
