What You’ll Do:
- Complete apartment repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
- Handle service requests & on-call emergencies
- Keep property, buildings, and amenities in top condition
What You Need:
- HVAC experience; EPA certification preferred
- Previous maintenance/apartment experience
- Reliable transportation & basic tools
- Ability to handle physical tasks (lifting, climbing, walking property)
