Successful candidates should also have the following experiences and characteristics:
- Have lead teaching experience;
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree with an outstanding record of academic achievement and extracurricular leadership;
- Possess a GPA of cumulative 3.0 or higher(transcripts required) and/or equivalent of 3 years of teaching experience.
- A person of high moral character and strong work ethic
- Are passionate about learning.
- Understands that all children can excel if the school and teacher provide proper conditions.
