QuikCut is seeking experienced Press Brake Operators to join our fabrication teams at both our Columbia City, Indiana and Fort Wayne, Indiana locations. What You'll Do

Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and fabricate metal parts according to work orders, blueprints, and customer specifications.

Select the proper tooling and perform machine setup and calibration for each production run.

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to ensure accurate part production.

Inspect completed parts to verify dimensions, quality, and compliance with specifications.

Perform routine machine maintenance and daily equipment inspections.

Identify and report quality concerns, equipment issues, or production challenges promptly.

Maintain accurate production records and documentation.

Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
Requirements:
What We're Looking For

1–2 years of experience operating a press brake, CNC brake press, or similar metal fabrication equipment preferred.

Experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or sheet metal environment.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.

Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 75 pounds.

Shift Opportunities
-
2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 4:00 PM-2:30 AM; $3.00 per hour shift premium

Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday, 5:30 AM-5:30 PM; $3.00 per hour shift premium; work 36 hours and be paid for 40 hours!
