Design Consultant — Inspired Closets Jacksonville
Compensation: $70,000–$100,000 per year (100% Commission-Based)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, plus a minimum ofone Saturday per month
Inspired Closets Jacksonville is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, client-focused Design Consultant to join our team. This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems creatively, and is passionate about helping clients transform their homes.
As a Design Consultant, you will work directly with homeowners to design customized storage and organizational solutions for spaces such as closets, pantries, laundry rooms, garages, and home offices. You’ll guide clients through the full design and sales process — from consultation to installation — ensuring an exceptional experience every step of the way.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with clients to understand their needs, lifestyle, and design preferences
- Develop functional and beautiful design solutions that exceed expectations
- Present design concepts and proposals with confidence and professionalism
- Manage projects and timelines to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members while also working independently as needed
- Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the process
- Apply strong sales and customer-service skills to convert consultations into successful projects

Required Experience
- Sales: 2+ years (Required)
- Customer Service: 5+ years (Required)
- Design Experience: 1+ year (Preferred)
- Valid Driver’s License (Required)
- Ability to commute to Jacksonville, FL 32256 (Required)
Compensation Structure
- During training (typically 4–6 weeks): base hourly pay + 4% commission
- After training: 100% commission at 10% on successful projects
- Annual earning potential of $70,000–$100,000+
