CoverageX is expanding, and we’re seeking a Recruiter to help identify, attract, and hire top talent across the organization. This includes roles in call center, sales, customer service, claims, IT, and more.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, enjoys working independently, and wants to make a direct impact on company growth through hiring.
Position Details
Location: 100% onsite in Clearwater, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation: $20–$25 per hour + benefits
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer acceptance
Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple roles and departments
Draft and post clear, engaging job descriptions
Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and execute hiring strategies
Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience
Track recruiting activity and analyze metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, etc.)
Oversee background and reference checks
Support onboarding to ensure successful new hire integration

- Experience in recruiting, staffing, or high-volume hiring preferred
