Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in OR endovascular radiology technology
License required if applicable
Active license required at time of consideration
No certifications expiring within the first 30 days of assignment unless renewal documentation is provided

Additional Information

Up to 5 days of requested time off allowed but must be made up during the assignment
No employment gaps of 90+ days within the past 12 months
