Starting Hourly Rate: $23.19 per hour or commensurate with experience
Benefits Eligibility: Eligible full-time benefits for classified personnel based on assigned schedule
Work Year: 8/17/2026 - 5/28/2027
Days Off: 10 holidays plus winter break (10 days) and spring break (5 days)
Schedule: 8:00am - 4:00pm
Payroll Schedule: 24 pays (8/31/2026 through 6/30/2027)

Qualifications & Licensure:

Performance Responsibilities:
-
Support student in accessing instruction in the general and special education environments
-
Collaborate with certified personnel (i.e. special education teachers, general education teachers, and related services personnel) to support individual student needs
-
Reinforce instruction provided by certified personnel
-
Serve as a liaison between general and special education personnel, communicating student progress and needs
-
Support data collection related to individual student goals
-
Build and maintain positive and supportive relationships with students and staff
-
Assist certified personnel with preparation of materials and modifications
-
Provide accommodations as determined by a student's Individualized Education Program (IEP) team
-
Support and model the implementation of classroom and school-wide expectations
-
Support the implementation of individual student behavior plans
-
Demonstrate the ability to problem solve in the moment in the best interest of students

Support the generalization of skills across settings
-
Participate in team meetings as needed

Participate in annual Nonviolent Crisis Intervention and Trauma-Informed training and other professional development as requested

Perform other duties as assigned
