We are seeking an ambitious and dependable Associate Account Manager to join our client’s growing team. This role is designed as a career-track position, starting with comprehensive mentorship in internal sales support and evolving into an independent, client-facing account management role. You will work closely with senior leadership to master service standards, proposal development, and solution-based sales approach. This is an ideal position for a motivated professional who prefers a team-oriented environment and is looking for a role that prioritizes long-term development over "sink-or-swim" sales tactics.
What You'll Do:
- Support senior account leadership with daily sales operations and client coordination
- Research and develop accurate price quotes, proposals, and service specifications
- Serve as an internal point of contact for client inquiries regarding status updates and project milestones
- Facilitate seamless communication between sales, technical, and delivery teams
- Master internal software systems, quoting tools, and professional service workflows
- Research industry trends and solution options to better assist client needs
- Transition over time into managing assigned accounts and building direct client relationships
- Participate in consultative client meetings and strategic planning discussions
- Maintain a consistent professional presence during client interactions and networking opportunities
- Engage in ongoing training to build technical product knowledge and sales proficiency
