This role is vital in coordinating staff activities, managing inventory, and leading at team of 3-5 bather/dryers. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily bathing floor operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and cleanliness standards
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to foster a motivated and efficient team
- Oversee inventory management of bathing supplies, equipment and products.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Experience with inventory management and technology proficiency.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to train and develop staff effectively
- Ability to work a Tuesday-Saturday schedule.
