Your Role:
As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll play a key role in helping children and families overcome challenges and reach their full potential. You’ll design and deliver evidence-based, individualized treatment plans, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and promote skills for real-life success at home, school, and in the community.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and set functional goals
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans using diverse therapy techniques
- Educate and support families with tools for long-term progress
- Monitor and adjust plans to ensure meaningful outcomes
- Supervise COTAs and mentor OT students (with support)
- Collaborate with SLPs, ABA therapists, educators, and families
- Maintain organized and timely documentation
- Stay current with OT best practices and research
What We’re Looking For:
- OTR/L in the state of Utah (or eligible)
- Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
- Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills
- New grads welcome! Supportive onboarding and mentorship provided
- CPR certified or willing to obtain
Work Environment:
- Pediatric outpatient clinic (in-person sessions)
- Flexible scheduling hours, collaborative team setting
- Light physical activity required

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
