Trout Supreme Seafood is a growing wholesale seafood company looking for an experienced Warehouse Associate/Seafood Processor to join our team. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who take pride in their work and are looking for a long-term career with opportunities for growth.
This is a fast-paced position in a refrigerated warehouse environment where accuracy, teamwork, and reliability are essential.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Work safely and effectively in a refrigerated warehouse environment.
- Cut and process fish and seafood.
- Receive, inspect, organize, and rotate inventory.
- Load and unload delivery trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment.
- Follow all company food safety and quality standards.
- Work as part of a team to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time.
Qualifications
We are only accepting applications from candidates with experience in the following:
- Refrigerated warehouse environments.
- Picking and packing customer orders.
- Fish cutting and seafood processing (preferred).
- Strong work ethic with excellent attendance and reliability.
- Ability to lift 50–75 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Ability to work in a cold warehouse environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
