Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Supervisor to oversee mental health and behavioral services within a dynamic healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will possess licensure as an LCSW, LSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, BSL, BCBA, BCABA and demonstrate expertise in clinical supervision, patient care, and behavioral health interventions. Duties
- Provide clinical supervision to licensed therapists, behavior analysts, and support staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and ethical standards.
- Develop individualized treatment plans.
- Oversee crisis management procedures, including crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques, to ensure patient safety.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, patient records, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Promote a positive team environment that emphasizes quality patient care, behavioral health excellence, and continuous improvement.
Pay: $68,622.19 - $82,641.77 per year
