About the Role
We're looking for a Test Automation Engineer to own the design and delivery of hardware and software test solutions for aerospace electronic products. - Determine test strategies that optimize product safety, reliability, risk mitigation, FMEA coverage, and schedule
- Design and execute PCBA and electrical system testing, including hands-on rework as needed
- Analyze data and communicate results clearly, partnering with design engineers to resolve issues found in test
- Design and build next-generation test automation hardware systems for fast, repeatable product testing
- Own purchasing, build, integration, and final commissioning of functional testers
- Develop test procedures and automation from component level through system level
- Support board bring-up, bench validation, and manufacturing test bring-up/yield
- Partner with Design Engineers on DFT, feeding test results back to improve quality and coverage
- Participate in design reviews
