We are an established Roofing and Siding Contractor serving West Michigan and are looking for an experienced, motivated Roofing & Siding Sales Representative to join our team.

What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners and property owners throughout West Michigan
- Inspect roofing, siding, and exterior projects and identify customer needs
- Present professional solutions and prepare estimates and proposals
- Build strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process
- Follow up with leads and prospective customers
- Generate additional business through referrals, networking, and self-generated leads
- Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity in our CRM
- Work closely with production and office staff to ensure a great customer experience
- Represent the company professionally in the community
What We’re Looking For
- Previous sales experience required; roofing, siding, construction, remodeling, or home-improvement sales preferred
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Ability to build trust with homeowners
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Excellent follow-up and organizational skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Valid driver's license
- Comfortable using a smartphone, tablet, CRM, and advanced computer applications
- Construction knowledge is a plus
