Qualified Business Analysts should have:
- 3 to 7 years of Business Analysis expertise, preferably in highly regulated sectors. Without highly regulated industry experience, we'd be looking for ~5 years of BA experience.
- Hands-on experience with financial or related software platforms
- A strong capability to interpret business workflows independently
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with technical teams and stakeholders
- A professional, detail-conscious demeanor focused on precise project deliverables
- Locality in or around Lancaster, with the ability to commit to working in a hybrid setting up to 3 days in office.
Key responsibilities for the Business Analyst include:
- Partnering with project teams to gather and refine business requirements accurately
- Examining processes to identify enhancement opportunities
- Translating business needs into technical specifications for development teams
- Offering insights into operations to ensure project alignment and success
- Participating in testing and rollout activities, confirming solutions meet business demands
