Overview
Elks Lodge #1371 in Bend is looking for a dependable, organized, and friendly Club Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, events, and staff. This is a hands-on leadership role in a welcoming community-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Club facility
- Oversee bar/kitchen staff and other team members
- Coordinate member events, private rentals, and Lodge functions
- Ensure facility cleanliness, safety, and readiness
- Handle supply orders, vendor communication, and maintenance needs
- Support the Board of Trustees and Exalted Ruler with administrative tasks
- Provide exceptional service to members and guests
Experience
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in hospitality, club, or facility management, & bookkeeping
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Knowledge of budgeting and scheduling
- Must be able to work evenings/weekends when needed
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling processes
- OLCC Server and Oregon Food Handler cards (or ability to obtain)
- Must be, or be able to become, Oregon Lottery certified
