What you bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current California SLP license (or eligibility)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to students’ unique needs
- Deliver direct therapy services (individual and small groups)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff to monitor progress and adjust strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation, including progress notes and evaluations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert guidance on goals and accommodations
- Provide education and consultation to parents and staff on communication disorders and best practices
Pay ranges from $60-$80 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
