Overview
We are seeking a few reliable, energetic, positive Gymnastics Instructors to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year. As a recreational Gymnastics Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching and guiding students of all ages 1-16 and skill levels in gymnastics techniques, safely teaching weekly classes . Your passion for gymnastics and ability to educate and manage student behavior will make a positive impact on our students. If you have a background in gymnastics and love to work with kids of all ages, this job may be for you.
Responsibilities
- Teach weekly gymnastics classes to students of all ages and skill levels, focusing on proper technique, safety, and most of all fun.
- Develop and implement your own lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and abilities.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to improve their performance and confidence.
- Manage student behavior and create a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Collaborate with other instructors to plan and deliver gymnastics programs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest gymnastics techniques and best practices to continuously improve teaching methods.
Experience
- Prior experience as a gymnastics instructor or competitor is preferred but not required. Can train the right candidate.
- or experience in Xcel bronze & Silver competitive gymnastics
- or experience In working with children and adolescents
- or experience in cheerleading or tumbling
Skills
- Experience in gymnastics or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques and safety protocols.
- Ability to manage student behavior.
- Experience in cheerleading
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.94 - $21.00 per hour
