Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Plumber to handle residential and light commercial service, repair, and installation work. This role is ideal for a professional who takes pride in workmanship, communicates well with customers, and wants to grow with a company that is building long-term systems and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Assist in building the foundation of the plumbing division
- Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial plumbing systems
- Perform installations and replacements (toilets, faucets, water heaters, fixtures, piping)
- Read and interpret basic plans and specifications
- Ensure all work meets local and state plumbing codes
- Communicate clearly with customers and office staff
- Maintain clean and organized job sites and company vehicle
- Train and mentor apprentices as needed
- Complete digital work orders and documentation
- Participate in on-call rotation when scheduled
Qualifications
- Valid Oklahoma Plumber License
- Great communication
- Minimum 3–5 years of field experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Professional appearance and customer-first attitude
- Valid driver’s license with clean MVR
- Able to pass background check and drug screening
- Comfortable using mobile apps for dispatch and reporting
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience with light commercial plumbing
- Backflow certification
- Med gas or specialty certifications
- Experience mentoring apprentices
- Sales or customer education experience
