Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Litigation Associate to play a vital part in managing personal injury cases from inception through resolution, utilizing your strong research, negotiation, and litigation skills to advocate effectively for our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a supportive environment dedicated to justice and client success.
Duties
- Manage all phases of personal injury litigation, including discovery, depositions and trial preparation.
- Draft pleadings, motions, responses to discovery and other legal documents with precision and clarity.
- Conduct and defend depositions.
- Assist at trials.
Qualifications & Experience
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the NY State Bar is required
- 2+ years experience in plaintiff's personal injury law is required
- Experience with Labor Law cases is preferred

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
