St. Nick Pool Management Co., Inc. is hiring certified lifeguards for two private community pools in Chatham, NJ.
We're looking for dependable, friendly lifeguards who are available from mid-August through Labor Day (September 7). This is a great opportunity to earn extra income before the summer ends with flexible scheduling and competitive pay.
The higher starting pay is available for experienced lifeguards with excellent availability.
Pay
$18–$21 per hour, based on experience, availability, and certification.
Schedule
- Mid-August through September 7
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Flexible scheduling
- Weekend availability preferred
Responsibilities
- Supervise swimmers and maintain a safe pool environment
- Enforce community pool rules professionally and respectfully
- Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate care when needed
- Perform routine water testing and complete daily logs
- Keep the pool deck clean, organized, and welcoming
- Provide friendly, professional service to residents and guests
Requirements
- Current American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification
- CPR certification alone is not sufficient
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable and punctual
- Professional, positive attitude
