Position Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven and entrepreneurial Private Jet Charter Broker to work on-site in our office. This is a commission-only sales position with uncapped earning potential, perfect for candidates who are ambitious, persuasive, and thrive in a high-performance sales environment. The right candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing charter inquiries, and overseeing every aspect of the booking and flight coordination process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and onboard new clients through proactive outreach, referrals, and relationship-building strategies.
- Respond to charter inquiries promptly, prepare quotes, and secure aircraft through leading charter platforms.
- Negotiate pricing and availability with aircraft operators to ensure competitive and efficient solutions.
- Deliver a seamless, white-glove experience to clients from initial inquiry through post-flight follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, manage flight itineraries, and coordinate with operators and FBOs.
- Monitor trip progress and be accessible to clients throughout the duration of their travel.
- Stay informed on aircraft availability, market trends, and aviation regulations.
Compensation:
- 100% Commission-Based: Earn a percentage of gross profit on every charter booked.
- Uncapped earning potential: The more you close, the more you earn.

Requirements:
- 1+ years in sales, luxury services, or high-touch client environments (aviation experience is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Comfortable with fast-paced, dynamic environments and time-sensitive decision-making.
- Professional demeanor and ability to engage confidently with VIP clients.
- Availability to work in-office full time and be reachable after hours when clients are traveling.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
