Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Backpack Blower Operator to join our night shift team. This role involves clearing debris from hard-to-reach areas, and working closely with the vacuum truck operator to ensure thorough cleaning of commercial properties. Candidates should enjoy hands-on work, be detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate a backpack blower to clear debris from corners, cracks, and tight spaces.
- Coordinate with the vacuum truck operator to ensure efficient cleaning of parking lots and commercial properties.
- Inspect areas before and after cleaning; report any hazards or maintenance needs.
- Maintain and perform basic checks on backpack blower equipment.
- Follow all safety protocols and instructions from crew leads.
Required:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
- Availability to work night shifts, including weekends as needed.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
Preferred:
- Previous experience with outdoor cleaning, landscaping, or maintenance work.
- Familiarity with backpack blowers and vacuum trucks.

Typical Shift:
7:00 PM - 3:00/4:00 AM (Night Shift)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
